**Job Title**: Preschool Teacher

**Location**: Bagalur - Yelahanka, Bangalore
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 2 - 4 years
**Gender Preference**: Female
**Qualification**: Certification in Montessori / Early Childhood Education (any recognized Montessori course)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Classroom Management & Teaching**
- Conduct age-appropriate learning activities based on Montessori principles
- Develop lesson plans focused on foundational skills: language, numeracy, motor development, and social-emotional growth
- Use play-based and hands-on teaching approaches to foster curiosity and creativity
- Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain individual learning records
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment

**Child Development & Care**
- Support children in developing independence, self-regulation, and positive social behavior
- Provide personal attention and care to children as needed (feeding, hygiene, etc.)
- Address individual learning needs and behavioral concerns with patience and empathy

**Parent Communication**
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings (PTMs)
- Maintain open, friendly communication with parents regarding child development and classroom activities
- Share progress reports and involve parents in school events and celebrations

**School Activities & Events**
- Participate in school functions, celebrations, and educational events
- Assist in organizing field trips, annual days, and cultural programs
- Collaborate with fellow staff for activity planning and implementation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
