**Job description**

**Designation: Preschool Teacher/Early Years Facilitator,**

**Qualification: (NTT, Montessori,ECCE) preferred and graduation**

**Work timmimgs:9AM-5PM/11AM-7PM**

**Experience:2+years of working experience with young children**

An international preschool chain is looking for a female graduate with a pleasing personality, boundless energy enthusiasm to work with young children in a rapid growing organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
- Implement lesson plans in accordance with curriculum objectives
- Prepare classroom for class activities
- Observe and evaluate students' performance and development, creating individual and personalized reports
- Looking after young children’s basic needs such as engaging them in activities, feeding meals, putting them to nap
- Maintain daily open communication with parents and through parent-teacher conferences
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment.
- Be a team player who can work with other teachers and centre staff
- Approach criticism with a learning attitude
- Be reliable in attendance and inform in advance for absences
- Should be creative and takes interest in child development and learning

**Requirements**:

- **Relevant education qualification in ECCE**:

- Self-motivated and leads by example
- Good communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solver and critical thinker.
- Flexible, organized and a team player.
- Fluent in English

**Additional Skills-**

Preferred
- (Ms word,Excel,Internet)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
