Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in automotive sales or retail environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, would be ideal, but can be overlooked if you are passionate about EV, Tech and an automobile enthusiast.
- Good communication skills in English and Regional Language.
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for presenting technical information in a captivating and easily understandable manner.
- A customer-centric mindset coupled with a proactive stance towards nurturing relationships and meeting customer requirements. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules and event activities.
