Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Automobiles Field Sales professional to join our team full-time at our Bangalore Urban location. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience in automobile sales. This role requires engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and employing strategic sales techniques and market analysis to close sales. Qualifications and Skills Must possess strong skills in automobile sales with proven track record in the field (Mandatory skill). Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software for managing and analyzing customer interactions. Proficiency in negotiation skills aimed at closing sales deals effectively and maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent market analysis skills to comprehand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. In-depth product knowledge to effectively demonstrate features and benefits to potential buyers. Skilled in lead generation strategies to identify, evaluate, and pursue sales opportunities efficiently. Outstanding communication skills to interact with customers, understand their needs, and deliver appropriate solutions. Awareness of automotive industry trends to provide informed suggestions and stay ahead in the competitive market. Roles and Responsibilities Engage with customers in the field to understand their automobile preferences and requirements. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information, track sales activities, and develop effective follow-up plans. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize market penetration. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and keep up with industry trends for strategic advantage. Demonstrate automobile features and benefits to potential buyers, enhancing their buying experience. Manage lead generation activities to ensure a continuous flow of potential clients and business opportunities. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on automotive industry developments and incorporate them into the sales approach for enhanced effectiveness.
