Maintain and organize office data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking tasks, budgets, and project progress.
- Analyze data to support decision-making.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with managers and team members.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines.
- Assist in closing jobs by ensuring all necessary documentation and follow-ups are completed.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding job statuses.
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, including logistics and materials.
- Ensure all exhibition-related tasks are completed on time.
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Order and restock supplies as needed.
- Process and track office bills and invoices.
- Assist in budget monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain a record of correspondence.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management.
- Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external contacts.
- Address inquiries and provide support as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
