Kochi, India SKILL HIRE UK LIMITED Full time

Conduct OET training sessions for healthcare professionals preparing for the OET examination.
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans and study materials that align with the OET test format and content.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals, assessing their current English language proficiency level and identifying areas for improvement.
- Teach and reinforce skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking, focusing on healthcare-related topics and scenarios.
- Familiarize students with the OET exam structure, content, and scoring criteria to enhance their test-taking strategies.
- Administer practice tests, evaluate students' performance, and provide constructive feedback on their strengths and weaknesses.
- Employ a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and technologies to engage students and facilitate effective learning.
- Monitor and track students' progress, identifying areas that require additional attention and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the OET test, including changes to the format, content, and scoring criteria.
- Keep accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and achievements.
- Collaborate with other OET trainers and educational staff to develop and improve training materials and curriculum.
- Attend professional development workshops and seminars to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of language assessment.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
