We are looking for an experienced OET Trainer to join our bright team. If you love English and can teach the language with patience and tact, let’s hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in developing effective writing skills
- Offer guidance on OET registration procedures
- Help students improve their pronunciation, fluency, and comprehension
- Create and implement lesson plans tailored to student's needs and skill levels
- Encourage and motivate students to enhance their language skills and confidence
- Identify specific areas of improvement and develop customized study plans for each student
- Recommend relevant study materials, books, online resources, and practice tests to students
- Adapt teaching materials and methods to align with the current OET assessment criteria
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and performance evaluations
- Offer constructive feedback on students' written essays, speaking performance, and practice tests
- Plan and deliver comprehensive OET preparation classes to individuals or groups of students
- Cover all four language skills assessed in the OET exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Conduct regular progress assessments, practice tests, and mock exams to gauge students' readiness for the actual OET exam.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Prior teaching experience, particularly in OET preparation
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
- Proficiency in English language skills equivalent to a native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the OET exam format and scoring criteria
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed

An OET Trainer plays a crucial role in assisting students in achieving their academic and professional goals by helping them excel in the OET exam. Effective trainers not only equip students with language skills but also instill confidence and test-taking strategies to excel.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
