**Hiring for Voice Process executive**

**Process : Domestic Voice process - Tamil**

**Qualification : Any degree / Any Engineering / Diploma**

**Shift Timings : Day shift & Rotational week off**

**Timing : General Day Shifts - 8-5 / 9-6 / 10-7 / 11-8 / 12-9 (Rotational Week off)**

**Skills Required: Good English communication with Tamil speaking skills**

**Salary Details : 14k to 15k**

**Age Criteria : 18 - 30**

**Work Location: Perungudi, Chennai**

Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding policies.

Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

Problem Resolution:
Investigate and analyze customer problems or concerns and provide effective solutions.

Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
