**Expertise** **:Fresher - 1 Year experience in Voice with customer’s query handling** **Must be good at Typing with 25WPM and 90 Percent Accuracy.**

**Languages known**:Telugu & English Kannada& English Malayalam & English**

**Qualification** : Graduates / Under Graduates

**Work days & Shifts**: 6 days, 7.00AM to 12 AM any 9hrs of shift. Rotational week off and day rotational shift.

**Work hours** : Any 9 hours including one hour break.

**Remuneration**:
**Telugu Fresher**: 14,000 Take Home **Kannada Fresher**: 16,000-17,000 Take HomeC **Kannada** : 19,500 Take Home, 24,000 CTC **Malayalam** **Fresher** : 15,000-16,000 **Take Home** **Malayalam Experienced**: 19,500 **Take Home**, 24,000 CTC

**Location** : Chennai, Ambattur

**Responsibilities**
- Typical Customer Support role. Addressing the queries and grievances of Customers within the given TAT.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
