**The Role**
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, end-user support, system configuration, workflow management, and general system availability related to our sales and service automation system Salesforce. They will work closely with the rest of the IT delivery team based in Hyderabad, the global commercial IT team mainly based in the US, the Sales and Service Operations teams, and internal business teams to effectively support our business users on Salesforce.
**What You’ll Do**
- Provision new users, manage workflows, manage system configuration, and general end-user assistance
- Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, Security patches, and best practices
- Do the housekeeping of the Veeva Salesforce instance through Salesforce out-of-the-box functionalities like Objects, Roles, Fields, Customizations, Approval processes, Validation rules, Sharing rules, Data loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, Sandbox, Permission Sets, and other similar tools
- Collaborate with the rest of the IT delivery teams to participate in various projects and identify system improvements
- Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with internal business process requirements
- Partner with Sales Operations to provide shoulder-to-shoulder support as needed to support the business implementation of new solutions or features/functionality and key business milestones
- Help business users in getting actionable insights by helping them in building, maintaining, and improving reports in Salesforce
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or other similar degrees
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator / Platform app Certifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, API’s, Flow, Governor limits etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of Tableau, ZoomInfo, GlobalData, EchoSign
- Experience with Pardot or any other marketing automation tool
