**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural plans, working drawings, presentations, and detailed design documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate architectural solutions.
- Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and progress review.
- Understand and translate client requirements into practical and creative design solutions.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and coordinate with the estimation team when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.
- 1-3 years of experience in architecture/interior projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office. (Revit knowledge is a plus.)
- Good understanding of design detailing, materials, and construction workflows.
- Ability to work in a team and handle tasks independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
