**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, innovative, and sustainable buildings. You will manage projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes that meet design, technical, and financial expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create design concepts and detailed architectural drawings using **CAD and 3D modeling** software.
- Produce high-quality **3D renderings**and visualizations to communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to meet design goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Oversee construction documentation, materials selection, and coordination with contractors.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design-related issues on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch**) from a recognized institution.
- Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure (preferred).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).**
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and safety standards.

**Skills**:

- **0-3 years** of professional **architectural** experience.
- Expertise in **3D rendering** and visualization tools such as:

- **SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, V-Ray.**
- **Walkthrough animation**creation for client presentations
- Advanced skills in **Photoshop for post-production and design presentation.**
- Strong visualization, **spatial planning,** and technical drawing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Effective project management and multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplines.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and **LEED standards.**
- Willingness to adopt new technologies and **BIM workflows.**

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Jaganpura, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
