**Job Title**: Liaison & Documentation Executive - Real Estate
**Location: Kolhapur**
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaison with **government offices** such as Revenue Department, Town Planning, Municipal Corporation, Tehsildar, Talathi, Sub-Registrar, etc.
- Handle **land records, plot approvals, NA/NOC procedures, mutation entries, and registration processes**.
- Manage property-related documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Travel locally and outstation as required for government follow-ups and client/site visits.
- Coordinate with surveyors, architects, lawyers, and consultants for approvals and documentation.
- Support management in resolving land/real estate-related issues.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate (Law/Commerce/Administration/Real Estate background preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in **liaison, land records, or real estate documentation**.
- Strong understanding of **town planning, revenue department processes, and real estate compliance**.
- Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, online government portals, scanning, data handling).
- Must possess a **valid driving license** for both **2-wheeler & 4-wheeler**.
- Excellent communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel outstation as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
