**Job Title: Telemarketing Executive**

**Experience:1+Years.**

**Job Overview**:
In the front desk role, you are responsible for the reception and guidance of guests and making sure they have agreeable visits. You are also expected to handle some administrative activities including receiving shipments, and filing and organizing documents. You may be asked to prepare logístical requirements for firm activities. Success in this role is demonstrated by maintaining the cleanliness and quality of front desk activities, as well as organizing supplies and documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain financial transactions, including income, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and process vendor invoices and payments.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries on a regular basis.
- Generate and analyse financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial health.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
- Follow a script to provide information about the product or service, and answer queries.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Collect and document information on customer needs and preferences

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt communication style as needed.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
