We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and diligent individual to join our team as a KYC & UV Officer. This position is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding our organization against potential risks. The KYC & UV Officer will be responsible for verifying the identity of customers, conducting due diligence, and ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Verification**:Conduct thorough user verification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Verify customer identities through various means, including document verification, biometric authentication, and other applicable methods.

**KYC Compliance**:Stay updated on all relevant regulations and ensure adherence to KYC policies.
Implement and enforce KYC procedures to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Monitor changes in customer profiles and conduct periodic reviews to ensure ongoing compliance.

**Documentation Review**:Analyze and validate customer-provided documentation to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
Identify and report any inconsistencies or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.

**Communication**:Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for KYC processes.
Communicate effectively with customers to obtain additional documentation or clarification when required.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and verification activities.
Generate reports as needed for internal and external audits.

**Training and Awareness**:Provide training and support to internal teams on KYC and UV procedures.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in KYC and UV processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of KYC regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines, and related compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in AML/KYC compliance.
- Familiarity with KYC software and tools.
- Understanding of emerging technologies in identity verification.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
