**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential.
- Maintain and manage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Schedule calls, meetings for the sales team and send product samples to the client.
- Coordinate and participate in client calls to understand requirements and present tailored product solutions.
- Prepare and send sales proposals, product datasheets, pricing quotes, and other documentation.
- Serve as the liaison between prospects and internal technical/product teams for complex queries.
- Assist in pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract drafting in alignment with internal policies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to customer success or support team’s post-closure.
- Generate and analyse weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, and conversion rates.
- Support sales team in achieving targets and optimizing the end-to-end sales workflow.

**Key Requirements**:

- HSC, Diploma, Graduate.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales coordination, business development, or inside sales preferably in a product-based company.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles,
- Strong understanding of END to END sales cycles,
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Industry Preference: Transformers, Tubes, Oil & Gas, Polymers, Motors, or any heavy industrial product manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,660.18 - ₹21,667.69 per month
