Store Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage warehouse space effectively, optimizing layout and storage strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on warehouse performance.
- Manage logistics-related documentation, including shipping manifests, receiving reports, and inventory records.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
