**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment, ensuring proper functioning throughout the production process.
- Set up and adjust machinery as per the production schedule, ensuring mínimal downtime and efficient operation.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- **Production Monitoring**:

- Monitor the production process to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure that all materials and products are handled correctly during the production process.
- Maintain accurate records of production parameters, batch information, and any issues that arise during the shift.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and production standards at all stages of the manufacturing process.
- Assist in performing quality checks, ensuring that the products meet the required pesticide standards.
- Identify and report any deviations from the standard production process or product quality.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times and that safety procedures are adhered to.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- **Material Handling**:

- Assist in the handling, storing, and transportation of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure correct inventory levels of raw materials and communicate with the team about material shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, quantities, and production times.
- Prepare shift reports, including any issues faced during the production process, and share them with the supervisor or production manager.
- **Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the production supervisor, team members, and other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in training and mentoring new operators and junior staff.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in production, chemical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a production operator in the pharmaceutical, pesticide, or chemical manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in operating production machinery, quality control, and adhering to safety standards.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of production equipment and machinery.
- Understanding of safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in the production process.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and handle materials, occasionally up to 25 kg.
- Ability to stand or move around for extended periods.
