Preparing legal documents and Petition filing of section-14 of SARAESI ACT
Appearing on behalf of the company / firm / institutions
Proper study and research of cases to gather evidence to support claim

1) Should be open for traveling: having your own conveyance will be an advantage.
2) Liaisoning with Government authorities
3) Experience in collection and recoveries (experience in mortgage collection will add an advantage)
4) Property Identification & claim on behalf of Banks/ firms/ clients
5) Handling responses and reaching out to clients for recovering overdue accounts
6) Having SARFAESI ACT knowledge and trained DRA will be an added advantage for this job

Contract length: 6 months
