**Job Description Summary**: As a bachelors Intern in Finance, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to projects related to different fields within Finance and operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals, developing your skills and knowledge in FP&A, Finance processes, process streamlining, financial modelling etc.

**Site Overview**

Established in 2000, the John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) in Bengaluru is our multidisciplinary research and engineering center. Engineers and scientists at JFWTC have contributed to hundreds of aviation patents, pioneering breakthroughs in engine technologies, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- ** Process Streamlining and Simplification**: Assist in the mapping out of the existing processes and identifying areas of improvement. Subsequently work towards sharing recommendations/recommended process steps.
- ** Presentation**: Contribute to team activities and assist in writing plus presenting findings to internal teams.
- ** Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- ** Project Support**: Assist in driving the projects to success, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in general management preferably Finance or a related field. Should obtain NOC from college to pursue summer internship
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity to learn
