**Job Description: Telecaller Executive**

We at Bankas Solutions, a debt recovery and loan collection company. We have 22 portfolios like NESFB, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Bandhan Bank, Tata Capital and many more. The Customers and clients who took loans from those portfolios and they didn't pay their loan back at right time. As we contact them and make them ensure that they have to clear their loan amount. We at Bankas Solution are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged tele caller to boost our business with the recovery of outstanding payments from debtors. In this role, your duties will include communicating with customers via telephone, negotiating payment plans with debtors, and enacting payment plans that eliminate debt. We need an immediate joiner with minimum experience of 1 year of Debt Recovering or EMI collection.

**Telecaller Role and Responsibility:

1. You would be responsible for calling existing and prospective customers from the provided database and lininig.

2. Planning Course of Action to recover outstanding payments.

3. Contact Customers and queries about debt recovering loan.

4.Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.

**Telecaller Requirements and Skills:

- **

1.Proven experience as debt collector.

2.Experience in working with write off, Non-Performing Assets and Bucket.

3.Experienced in Advanced Ms Excel.

4.Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.

5.Excellent communication and people skills.

6.Apt in negotiating and persuading.

7.Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.

8.High school diploma is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
