**Role Overview**: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to join our dynamic team. This position will involve daily tasks related to visual content creation for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and our website. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to create engaging content, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create Infographics for Social Media: o Design visually engaging infographics for daily/weekly posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote brand visibility and engagement.
- Video Thumbnails & YouTube Shorts: o Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos and Shorts to increase views and engagement.
- Website Content Design: o Develop content (graphics, banners, promotional materials) for our website to keep it fresh and engaging for visitors. o Work closely with the web development team to ensure the design complements the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: o Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals. o Revise designs based on feedback and ensured content is delivered on time.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must. - Experience creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Strong portfolio showcasing infographics, video thumbnails, website graphics, and newsletters.
- Understanding of content layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and creativity with the ability to adapt to different design styles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Adobe InDesign or other design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation for social media posts is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles to enhance content visibility on the web.

**Qualification Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a similar creative discipline is also acceptable. **CTC**:INR 3,00,000 -3,60,000 LPA.

**Job Type**: Onsite (Monday to Saturday)

**Working hours (Indicative) - 9:30am to 6:30pm**

**Monday to Friday Saturday-9:30am to 5:30pm**
