We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our team and help us create engaging visual content.

As a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing visually stunning and impactful motion graphics and video content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Your primary duties will include:
**1. Motion Graphics Design**:

- Create compelling and eye-catching motion graphics for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and presentations.
- Utilise industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) to design and animate graphics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for motion graphics projects.

**2. Video Editing**:

- Edit and enhance raw footage to produce high-quality videos that tell a cohesive and engaging story.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and audio elements to enhance video content.
- Ensure video content meets technical specifications and standards for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, social media).

**3. Creative Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and other team members to create integrated visual experiences.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to improve the overall quality and impact of visual content.

**4. Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to projects.
- Organise and maintain project files, assets, and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques for web and social media platforms.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant work, including motion graphics projects and edited videos.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
