**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience. You will create and curate content, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company's social media presence aligns with its marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Curation**:Develop creative and engaging social media content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored to various platforms.
Curate relevant and trending content to share with the audience.

**Social Media Strategy**:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media marketing strategy.
Set clear goals and KPIs for social media campaigns and initiatives.

**Platform Management**:Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

**Community Engagement**:Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and engage in conversations.
Build and nurture online communities to foster brand loyalty.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

**Ad Campaigns**:Create and manage social media advertising campaigns (paid promotions) to reach a broader audience.
Optimize ad targeting and budget allocation for better ROI.

**Stay Informed**:Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Suggest and implement new strategies and features as appropriate.

**Compliance and Guidelines**:Ensure that all social media activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience with social media advertising.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 - 20,000 per month
