Social Media Executive

**Job description**

**Responsibilites**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and reviews, and promptly respond to customer inquiries and feedback in professional and timely manner.
- Proactively identify and engage with influencers, industry leaders, and potential brand advocates to foster positive relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor online platforms and review sites to track and manage the company's online reputation, addressing any negative feedback or reviews through appropriate channels.
- Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging social media and online reputation management technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to optimize our online presence.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role, focusing on online reputation management.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid reach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Experience in managing online reputation, including addressing negative feedback and reviews professionally and empathetically.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and engage with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving trends and industry changes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
