**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1) Mold readiness as per production plan.

2) Mould maintenance to resolve quality and productivity issues.

3) Spare management for mould tooling’s.

4) Daily management

5) Maintaining Tool validation reports for all mould inserts.

6) Troubleshooting for injection mould.

7) Maintaining mould related documents like check sheet, history card etc.

**FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES**:
8) Knowledge of plastic injection mould manufacturing and Maintenance

9) Exposure to moulding plastic components and all types of machines and tools involved in mould maintenance.

10) Assemble and Disassemble of all types of Moulds

11) Should be good at Planning & Preventive Maintenance of Molds

12) Knowledge of all conventional machines.

13) Capable of reading engineering drawings

14) Should maintain 5s of mould maintenance area

15) Knowledge about measuring instruments.

16) Need to have knowledge on spare management.

17) Knowledge about MS office.

18) Knowledge about autocad and Pro-E is added advantage

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:
Diploma in Tool and Die making with 2 to 3-year experience in mould maintenance.

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**:
Internal: Production, manufacturing, Planning, R&D and NPD.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
