Ltd. - Gas Spring Manufacturer requires - **Rubber Moulding Technician / Supervisor** Qualification - ITI / Diploma in Rubber Technology Experience - 2 to 3 yrs in quality & production supervisor and must have knowledge of Rubber sheet, Rubber Moulding Machine and its temperature, pressure etc. Salary - 2 lacs to 3 lacs p.a **whatsapp- 8657407527 **JOB DESCRIPTION: - ** Monitor day-to-day production/ moulding activity with quality and quantity on the basis of daily production schedule. Preparation of production report - first piece inspection and other QMS related moulding process reports. Quality control instrument handling in molding process & Quality control on all moulding parts. Production entry in ERP system. Shift schedule and moulding machine allocation planning to operators (on the basis of operator skill and production schedule) Maintain machine efficiency reports and machine break down reports Keep the assigned injection moulding machine clean and organized under the 5S System. Assures, and then provides input to Supervision or Tech Aide as to the following: Proper data codes are in place. Durometer checks are O.K. Status on stock availability and mould conditions. Predetermines pressures, cure times and temperatures on product masters when presses are in operation.
