**Position**: Executive Assistant for **Exports Sales Division **of **Aishwarya Group**

**Location**: Zirakpur (Chandigarh)

- Business Development
- Project Execution and Management
- Export division reporting responsibility

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Have strong soft skills; inter-personal skills, team skills, communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong Excel knowledge is required. MIS Experience will be prefeered.
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and SAP
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Pro-active client management
- Seamless co-ordination abilities
- Knowledge of Pharma Industry and process of Sales & Operations
- Quick learner and hard-working

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Your responsibilities will include:
1) Client communication - Verbal and written for business development

2) Client management for identifying and positively converting collaboration opportunities

3) Running project management activities for implementation of organizational strategy

4) Conducting weekly PMO meetings for status update on project progress

5) Preparation of sales report and any other report for management reporting

6) Cross-departmental co-ordination for no smooth operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,664.00 - ₹40,759.99 per month
