Job Title: Sales Representative for Pathology Lab

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative for our Pathology Lab to generate new business and drive revenue growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, promoting lab services, and building strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify potential customers and develop sales leads

Contact and meet with potential customers to promote lab services and establish relationships

Provide customers with information about lab services and answer any questions they may have

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery

Attend industry events and conferences to promote the lab and its services

Prepare and submit sales reports to the sales manager on a regular basis

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare industry or pathology laboratory services

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,015.46 - ₹40,476.19 per month
