**Position: Admission Counsellor**

**Location**: Footprints Preschool & Daycare - Sector 48, Capital Business Park, Gurgaon **Joining Date**: 27th October 2025

**Key Requirements**:

- **Salary**:

- **CTC**: ₹50,000/month
- **In-hand (after deductions)**: approx. ₹45,000/month

**Job Purpose**:
To follow up with potential parents and help convert them into admissions for Footprints Preschool and Daycare.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle **incoming calls and WhatsApp messages** from parents
- Make **outbound calls to leads** assigned via the system
- Share relevant information about the preschool/daycare services
- **Understand and pre-qualify leads** (location, interest, profile, etc.)
- **Schedule and follow up** on visits to the centre
- Document all call interactions and follow-ups in the system (CRM)
- Ensure **timely and consistent follow-up** for admissions

**Work Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- **Saturdays**:

- Work on **2 Saturdays a month**
- Get **2 Saturdays off**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate (minimum)
- **Experience**: At least **1 year in customer service or sales**
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent **spoken and written communication**
- **Active listening** skills
- Basic **computer knowledge**, experience with CRM and Dialer systems

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
