**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled **Clinical Psychologist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and developing treatment plans to address a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate mental health conditions.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, etc.).
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to support client care.
- Offer crisis intervention and support when needed.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MA in Psychology, Bachelor’s in Psychology, or a related field (Clinical Psychology preferred).
- **Licensing**: Eligible for licensure or already licensed (based on location and requirements).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
