To ensure value addition in business through efficient administration.
Support in business growth.
Statutory Compliance.
Horticulture management
Liasoning with Govt Bodies, Villages and Nearby Industries
Develop SOPs and Best practices for overall employee delight
Key Individual Accountabilities
To develop strategies of administration
To develop strategies on employee welfare activities i.e Cafeteria Management
To Integrate Admin function with other business functions.
Define and Develop SLA based contracts for all support services in Administration
Budget Preparation and planning of CAPEX with execution
Facility Management & Event Management
Horticulture Management in compliance with statutory requirements
Harmonies relations with local govt bodies, media houses and medical service providers
Key Interactions Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
Experience of 10+ yrs in managing adminstration in medium to large organisation
Proactive in providing services to internal customer.
Sense employee / department related issues / grievances.
Diagnostic and analytical skill to handle people issues.
Championship in change management.
Has knowledge of SAP
Mentoring ability and role model for fresher.
Effective communicator and Counselor
Knowledge of IMS
