**Job Summary**: The Field Investigator is responsible for conducting thorough investigations of health insurance claims (Reimbursement and Cashless) to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. This role involves on-site visits, interviews, evidence collection, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the integrity of the claims process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree, Forensic Science, Health Sciences, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [2-3] years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using investigative tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to conduct on-site investigations, which may involve standing, walking, and driving for extended periods.
- Capability to handle and transport investigative equipment.

**Work Environment**:

- This position involves both fieldwork and office-based tasks. Field Investigators must be prepared to work in various environments and weather conditions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
