**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Convert inbound/outbound leads into long-term clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial planning solutions.
- Explain and cross-sell investment products such as **Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, PMS, and other financial instruments.**:

- Maintain client records and ensure smooth documentation and onboarding process.
- Provide after-sales support and build strong client relationships.
- Work closely with the sales and advisory team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in Finance/Commerce or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Thorough knowledge of Investment Products** - Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, PMS, etc.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
