- **Identify and Generate Leads**: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs and present tailored IT and software solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- **Performance Tracking**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports. Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in a sales role within the IT or software development industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, cybersecurity, and SaaS products.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
