**Chief Medical Officer**

Provide medical leadership and expertise to drive the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and quality standards to ensure the provision of safe and effective patient care.

Collaborate with the executive team and other stakeholders to establish and execute the organization's strategic initiatives related to clinical care delivery.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety within the organization by promoting evidence-based practices and monitoring clinical outcomes.

Provide guidance and support to medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other leaders to develop and manage the organization's budget, resource allocation, and financial performance related to clinical operations.

Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including physicians, medical associations, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.

Stay abreast of emerging trends, advancements, and regulations in healthcare, and assess their impact on the organization's clinical operations.

Participate in strategic planning, business development, and partnership initiatives to drive growth and enhance the organization's reputation.

Represent the organization in medical conferences, professional committees, and public forums, serving as a key spokesperson and advocate for the organization's clinical programs and initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
