We are looking for highly passionate, dynamic, carrier focused individuals who can join our hands to achieve our milestones.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
- Follow a script or set of guidelines to effectively convey product information and address customer inquiries.
- Generate leads by identifying potential customers and collecting relevant information during calls.
- Handle customer objections and provide additional information or solutions as needed.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations related to telemarketing, including obtaining consent for calls and respecting "Do Not Call" lists.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or telemarketer is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
- High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products/services.
- Compliance with ethical telemarketing practices and regulations.

We require Experienced (Two Year or Above) who have completed their MBA,BBA Or any other Discipline

Any Marketing Experience in School management software, E- Commerce, Hotel management software etc. will be counting as an additional qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
