We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. This role is perfect for freshers who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and marketing. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support various initiatives aimed at promoting our products/services and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows.
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
