**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborative Projects**: Partner with the marketing, digital, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- **Digital Content**: Create and manage visual content for online platforms, ensuring a cohesive look across all digital touchpoints.
- **Print Materials**: Design print materials for events, promotions, and other offline marketing activities.
- **Creative Direction**: Provide creative input and ideas to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Revisions and Feedback**: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within the real estate or related industries.
- **Software Proficiency**:Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- **Portfolio**:A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and creative projects.
- **Creative Skills**:Strong creative vision with excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
- **Communication**:Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
