**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Shipping Executive** to manage order dispatch, shipping coordination, and timely delivery of products to customers. The role requires ensuring smooth logistics operations, coordinating with courier partners, maintaining accurate records, and supporting warehouse & operations teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily order dispatches and shipments from the warehouse.
- Manage courier tie-ups, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans.
- Update shipment status in the system and share tracking details with customers.
- Handle customer queries regarding delivery status and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain records of dispatched, in-transit, and delivered orders.
- Monitor returns & reverse logistics process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
- Support warehouse staff in packaging and labeling when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce).
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping/logistics/e-commerce operations.
- Knowledge of courier aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
