We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketer with expertise in Facebook Ads to join our growing team.

As a Digital Marketer specializing in Facebook Ads, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Your role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Planning : Strong understanding of Instagram’s & Facebook Ad platforms including audience targeting, ad formats and bidding strategies.**
- Campaign strategy and planning: Audience research, budget planning
- **Ad Creation and design image creative**
- Campaign management: Ad setup, Bid Management, Daily Monitoring
- Performance tracking and optimization: Analytics review, optimization, reporting
- Audience targeting and retargeting
- Staying updated with trends and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Facebook Ads.**:

- Demonstrated expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting and designing creative.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to develop creative ad concepts and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus but not required.
- **Search arbitrage and display arbitrage**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Performance bonus

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
