A warehouse supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including:

- **Inventory**: Receiving, recording, storing, and replenishing inventory
- **Shipping and receiving**: Overseeing procedures for shipments, and ensuring inventory and shipment transactions are accurate
- **Staff**: Assigning tasks to warehouse associates, and ensuring they are trained and follow safety procedures
- **Communication**: Answering customer questions, and collaborating with other departments
- **Processes and procedures**: Developing and improving warehouse processes, and ensuring the team adheres to safety regulations
- **Equipment**: Resolving equipment issues, and ordering new supplies
- **Storage**: Monitoring storage utilization levels, and ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean
- **Reports**: Running reports, and preparing for stocktake
- **Training**: Ensuring staff are trained and conversant in health and safety requirements

Warehouse supervisors should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of stock management finance. They should also be able to multitask and delegate effectively, as priorities can change quickly in a busy warehouse environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month
