**Application Managed Services with Kubernetes & AWS/Azure**

**Required Experience Level - 3-9 years**

**Work Location - Pune**

**Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.**

**Work Shift -** US Shift - 6 PM - 3AM / UK Shift - 1 PM -10 PM**

- Energy Application Managed Services team is responsible for handling Application Services, Technical support, Installation/deployments, Patching, Production Support, Application Support.
- Responsible for two energy Products “FIS Energy Trading, Risk and Logistics Platform” and “FIS Energy Portfolio Manager”
- Remote Managed Services provided for Energy Customers, Providing Application support to FIS Hosted environments for energy customers, providing install/upgrade assisting support to Enterprise customers. Supporting Pre-sales, Customer support and internal environments.

**What you will be doing**:

- Performing installation on Azure/AWS cloud platform with Kubernetes orchestration for containerized deployment of FIS energy products.

**What you bring**:

- Must have 3-9 years’ experience in a professional and commercial software development company.
- Must have excellent communication skills and experience working in a team setting.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (24x7)
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Shares in developing effective configuration management strategies and solutions for existing and new products.
- Analyzes the software development lifecycle for process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Exposure to third party source control, version control, build, and distribution tools will be added advantage.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Must be willing to learn newer technologies as needed.
- Troubleshoots internal software automation tools and utilities.
- Experience with automating CI-CD and whole DEVOPS CYCLE would be plus.
- Exposure to Cloud and performing installations/deployments on cloud is good to have.
- Support and assist in development of continuous integration and other build/deployment process and quality improvements.
- Responsible for proper deployment of builds to designated internal environments as needed.
- Must proactively trouble-shoot and resolve software build/deployment issues, works well within team and across different teams as required.
- Experience working with WebLogic, JBOSS, Tomcat, and other middleware technologies.
- Production support activities, monitoring and patching activities.
- Experience in Application Managed Services will be desirable.
- Managed Services support for Applications on cloud
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes AKS and EKS clusters, OCP based deployments and support.
- Troubleshoots internal software automation tools and utilities.
- Exposure to Incident management, Change Control and Change Management.
- Scripting languages such as PowerShell or SHELL scripting.

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Exposure to ITIL processes
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL Database
- Working experience on productions systems
- Familiarity with Citrix, the Citrix Publisher, VMware.
- Working experience with Confluence and Jira
