Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and website banners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visual content that aligns with the overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Assist with other design related tasks as needed, such as photo editing, icon design, and creating infographics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
