**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience recruiting in [specific industry, e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, etc.].
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
