1. Making control panel connection and testing

2. Connection and wiring of motor, VFD with Pumps

3. Calibration and repairing of instruments and valves

4. Making PID controller setting as per requirement

5. Testing of instruments pre assembling and post assembly

6. Testing of all assembled equipment with control panel, recording results for individual projects

7. Testing of Autoclaves like hydro testing, leakage testing of NVR, QRC, flush bottom valve, pressure testing etc.

8. Coordinating with vendor and visiting them if required, for resolving any issue arises in control panel, motor, VFD or any instruments.

9. Commissioning, installation and demonstration of Autoclaves and pressure vessels at client site. Making client visit reports

**Qualification** - Diploma Mechanical or ITI Fitter

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
