The scope of work required is as follows; Conducting HSE Rig audits as per company system and procedures Identifying existing gaps and providing practical recommendations Conducting structured observation on Rig personnel HSE behaviors and practices Conducting individual interviews to assess individuals safety culture maturity and identifying gaps in personnel risk perception Developing relevant personal development plan Delivering one-to-one coaching sessions as per developed plan to close out defined gaps Delivering on the job training to raise the level of competency of newly hired (green hats) on the rigs Required experience and qualifications Relevant experience in behavior based safety assessment and improvements on drilling rigs (onshore and offshore) Relevant qualifications (BBS, Assessor, coaching, audit certification and qualification) Relevant HSE drilling experience, especially on rig up and rig down operations Minimum 10 years practical experience in the mentioned areas Presentable, approachable, pleasant and strong personality, excellent communication skills, excellent command of written and spoken English
