Care24 is a leading in-home healthcare patient-care service provider serving ~900 patients/day
in Mumbai and Delhi. We offer medical care at home, workplace, or travel including
consultations, nursing, attendant care, InfantCare, Physiotherapy, diagnostic lab, equipment,
and pharmacy through its 1500+ specially trained medical and paramedic professionals.
Care24 has aggressive plans to grow PAN India and grow 4-6X in the coming 2 years.

Position Overview:
SEO Expert, who reports and directly works with the SVP Growth & Strategy to coordinate
SEO efforts. This includes onsite and offsite optimization, as well as Keyword expansion
research. This role will own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization
of Google & Facebook campaigns with goals to increase transactions, new users, acquired via
Ad manager and AdWords. This position grows into a Manager level as individual
demonstrate caliber and adds value to business and associated stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:

- Constant optimization of channels and mediums to get maximum for business and

brand value.
- Experience in optimizing website and user funnels.
- Development and execution of successful SEO strategies.
- Recommend fixes for technical SEO issues
- Oversee and manage On-page activities
- Generate backlinks from PR and overall link building.
- Must have a good knowledge in search console and google analytics.
- Report on aspects of SEO such as traffic and rankings٫ collect data.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward

operational excellence.
- Enhance user experience by improving navigation and usability features of the

website/ design and implement strategy to enhance traffic to the site.
- Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms.
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
- Managing a content marketing budget.
- Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaign
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content
- Create and drive content marketing strategies for LinkedIn.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking,

revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools,

and point out key areas of importance in accordance to internal business goals.

and competition status.
- Support business team to improve performance, control and maintenance of their

leads
- Staying abreast with all the google SEO updates.
- Helping team members with creative solutions to on-field business development

challenges
- Understanding company vision and strategy

services.

Education and Experience:
Selection based on expertise and depth of domain in Insurance/ Healthcare/ Banking and
Edtech sector. Strong inclination towards finance, Operation Management, budget
development, annual reporting and prior experience of 2 to 5 years in leading companies/
consultancies managed other clients digital marketing i.e. Startups would be highly
preferable. Graduation with accounts acumen will be highly preferable.

Personal Competencies:

- MS Office; including Outlook, Access, Word and Excel (Macros)
- Preferably from a B2C (Consumer) centric background
- Experience on Google Analytics, Apps flyer / Firebase and Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager and Amplitude or related tool experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., SEMrush, ahref, etc..).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
