JOB PROFILE:SAMPLING COORDINATOR - Responsibilities : New Development, Sampling, Sale samples making,Developments /samples executed.
- sourcing of fabrics,trim,Accessories
- Will receive tack-pack from buyers
- Personal attention and coordination with masters as well as each and every client.
- follow up with masters many times, when its ready get it washed,
- Internal coordination with different departments like Accessories, Merchandisers,Fabrics,etc.
- Detailed Planning, Execution and Follow up of production and shipment of various samples.
- Coordination with the Sourcing and Merchandising department.
- Preparation of bill of materials and handing over the same it to sourcing department.
- Meetings with the top management for weekly reviews including forecasting about samples.
- Visit to the factory at Umergoan(Gujarat)for new product development for new buyers
- Coordinate personally with vendors related to trims, fabric, print and embroidery.
- Manage the time line
- measuring shirts,send it to buyers,If not approved by the buyers then follow the same process

Education and Experience:

- Minimum Graduation or Diploma (Textile or Garments, fashion designing)
- Great English communication skills are must.
- Minimum 1 to 3 year of work experience must.
- Computer proficiency in Excel is must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
