**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
- Expert Level knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft INTUNE Toolset for Deployment and Administration
- Should have good level of knowledge on Application Management, OS Deployment and Patch Management modules.
- Develop training to build quality awareness.
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
- Reviews testing, quality control, and other testing reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance to requirements to ensure that quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements are met.
- Package Requirement Validation and Design.
- Perform repackaging / modification due to client customization constraints
- Intermediate Level Knowledge of Scripting Languages like VBScript and PowerShell
- Expert Level Knowledge of Windows registry
- Should have an experience in using SQL databases for creation of reports
- Proficient in writing general SQL queries to Select, delete and update data from the database
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data maintenance tasks
- Should have very good understanding of software licensing and software maintenance model.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities.
- Should have a good understanding of ITIL v3 model.
- Should have an experience of liaising with multiple teams.
- Intermediate Working knowledge of Windows OS (Win 10 & 11 and Win 2016 & 2019) & troubleshooting related issues.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for standard implementation documents.
- Intermediate working on AppV and virtualization and related troubleshooting.
- Experience of any reporting tool like crystal reports will be an additional advantage.
